The project is High Rise Housing integrating Major Shift - Community Living & Shared Spaces. The proposal focuses on Low cost Housing as demand is increasing. The site is on the Edge of the Sabarmati River in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The Site is on the junction of the Commercial and Residential Zones. Lower floor accommodates Commercials and Residential is Above of it. This is the Quest of Typology for Low Cost Community Housing.
