This project is located in GIFT city with the opportunity of the site near Sabarmati River. The project targets ‘Middle Income Group’ with the users – Small Family, Nuclear Family, Single Occupants (students/employees). Hence, creating a vertical housing which offers a place for all and creates a mixed environment in a sense of Micro City.
