Volumes of Convergence

 I would like to explain my approach towards a process of Ornamentation as an attempt to enhance details and junctions in the interior realm. It is an attempt to learn the relationship between ornamentation-decoration and interior character of space through spatial qualities, interior elements, and its detailing. This approach is achieved using the concept volume of convergence at the palace of assembly, Chandigarh. The design process was initiated with the idea of creating levels and volume in volume connected and accessed in multiple ways. To achieve this, horizontal and vertical planes are designed and placed in such a way that it creates different heights and volumes following the site context.
