Architecture from the Lens of Body and Memory

This project is developed over three stages, along with recollecting memories from my childhood. It was located in NandNiketan township near Hazira, Gujarat. As the brief advances, the design of the pit grows, from My Secret Place to My Childhood Home and terminates to My Community Place. The process reflected on articulating and inhabiting the different spaces. The project has four courtyards, with different spaces opening into them.
