Greenfield Airport Project

The studio emphasizes on the project formulation, appraisal process, feasibility studies and the important project formulation activities to be carried out such as demand analysis, location analysis, scope management, cost estimation, contracting strategy, the project controls and more. The project undertaken for this studio is a Greenfield Airport Project, the airport is developed aiming to increase regional connectivity, to establish Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul facility along with cargo facilities to cater the surrounding industrial areas with chemical, petroleum and petrochemical industries. Portfolio has briefly covered Environment Impact Assessment, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Cost Analysis and the Bid Process Management.
