Medical University

As part of the studio I've undertaken the feasibility study of Medical University in Khanderi Village of Rajkot, Gujarat. The project  being recognised as National Importance, under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW) scheme of Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY)  has an objective to bring affordable & reliable tertiary health facilities and quality Medical Educational Service at Rajkot. Before the implementation of such large scale project, it is important to understand the Project brief, Legal Compliances, Risk Management, Target Value Design and Bid Process Management which are briefly covered in this portfolio.
