COALESCE

The site, Vatika is based in Siliguri, West Bengal. It sits between lush green flora and tea gardens on one side and a river passing on the other sider, providing a comforting, peaceful atmosphere. 'COALESCE' means to come together to form a whole. It reflects the concept of the project - Knitting. The intent is to explore the potential that a material holds and how one unit of material can be used in multiple ways to create different forms. Coalesce resort provides an unique experience with exploration of different local materials in each layer - form, furniture, finishes and accessories.
