The design started with the main objective of deploying a cylinder shaped antenna with something other than spiral system and without changing it's shape. More towards scissor mechanism. So after exploration, idea came up of using half scissor, inspired by twisting tower (origami). SO, "Half" as half scissor mechanism, and "Signal" as the use of it.
