Astu studios is presenting our design for a G+1 residence for a couple whose children are studying out of the city. The residence consists of an outdoor garden and otla which works as a space for socializing. The design takes care of the needs and usage of the users. The firm is a design-build firm. Method of GMP (Guaranteed maximum price) has been used for detailed estimation of the project. The final estimate of the residence is coming to Rs 42,26,666.
