A built structure which is a remarkable benchmark for the family who is going to live in that home also wants a sensational and peaceful experience. The design of the house follows a very linear and geometric pattern with linear lines that follows the surround perspective.  The house plan has a unique bathing experience which has this courtyard on one side which itself merges with you while taking showers in the shower area with full glazed window. The verandah and wooden deck on the front side is a relaxing and peaceful space to have a cup of coffee with someone.

The cover itself says the front part of the house is very minimal and it has this very linear and geometric form which represents it even much bolder.

These has final drafts of the presentation plan and rendered 3D as well.
The site requires analysis of the wind-flow and sun path, it also requires the adjoining buildings location to accurate. Also SWOT analysis has to be done in a proper way.
These sheet has some good few sketches and material board as well.
Now the working drawings are very much in detail and it has this all the working drawings with sections and elevations.
The working drawings of staircase detaiol has all the necessary details of the staircase step and tread and riser as well.
This drawing has the wall section of the house which includes windows and doors. Also door window detail are there in the second half of the sheet.
The left hand side of the sheet contains the Bluebeam drawings and the other half contains excel which has this estimation part.
