This design journey started by creating a logo for my hypothetical architecture firm, followed by the definition of the firm's personnel. Proceeding with understanding the client's requirements followed by a site & SWOT analysis, commenced the design development stage. The final design was achieved after going through the process of making various bubble diagrams, drawings and 3D explorations. After that, a set of Working Drawings was created, and after market rates for each trade were known, a detailed estimate using the GMP technique was carried out using Bluebeam software, with all calculations for all trades being completed using Excel software.
