An innovation lab is an open and collaborative space for helping
entrepreneurs or startups take their initial steps. My initial concept was to make equal open, Semi-open and closed spaces in each cluster.
The Spaces are divided into 4 different blocks considering public, semi-public, and private spaces that are studio apartments, admin block workshop space, and kitchen toilet.
For the parking space, the site is reduced to the original site boundary to 5meter, where one can park outside directly from the road and the
internal circulation space is saved.
