Studio III included 3 structures consisting of a Air Quenching Chamber, a 125m high RCC Chimney and a compartment type Steel bunker. AQC located in Ras- Al- Khaimah, UAE was analysed using Staadpro software for gravity as well as lateral loads and was designed according to IS 800:2007. Brick lined Chimney was analysed for dynamic wind (IS 4998:2015) and seismic load and accordingly designed for maximum loads. Loads for bunker were calculated following IS 9178, design and detailing was done using IS 800:2007 manually.
