This design aims to understand the behaviour of structural elements and analyse and design the structure under gravity loads and lateral loads. dead load calculated based on the material properties and its brochures as well as steel table while imposed loads and wind loads calculated based on the IS 875 parts 2 & 3. The model is analysed in STAAD.PRO software. The structural members and their connections were designed by IS 800(2007) on a manual basis.
