Expeditions in Metal

The studio gave me exposure to various metals and metal products. The explorations in different joining techniques gave a different perspective on how to make good, efficient, clean details. To understand a material it was crucial to test the limits of what it can and cannot do. Making fabrication drawings was equally important to get precision in making the products. The different constraints on material gave a different way of thinking how to minimize material and keep the most essential and desirable characteristics in the product.
