The program is a learning space for 30 children of 5-16 years of age group from Shreyas or outside Shreyas. Workshop space where children could share a commonplace to learn and reflect from each other. Workshops that focus on learning from nature, tradition, and daily life, trigger a child’s growth to make them understand things easily. The idea of an animal shed aims at teaching the children about taking care of animals like cattle. The cooking space is a multipurpose space where daily meals will be cooked as well as cooking classes for the children will be conducted. The eating space and cooking spaces merge to form a self-organized space to make and have food. The children will learn to grow their own food by the means of a vegetable farm. All the spaces open out to the central space that acts as the meeting point of children. The central gathering space would produce small gatherings during the free time. The resting/ sleeping spaces allow them to explore the forest and its elements. The reading space finds a silent corner on the first floor towards the forest and is connected to the open terrace for a sense of release to the surrounding. The experience of this space is to be in a natural and practical environment and learn from peers and part of the earth around.
