The project aims to revitalize the new emerging CBD of Ashram Road along the river edge by formalizing the informal vending and develop a cohesive link between organic and disciplined working patterns that projects it as a foreground of the fine infrastructure which is presently acting just as an image of the city. The emerging riverfront promenade requires a push towards social and economic integration and also needs a pull into a cohesive nest for City. The project develops a cohesive pull with three parameters, that is Co-working, Informal Vending, and Skill development.
