The project focuses on the impact of progressive urban infrastructure. Increasing development in CBD area inclines towards a dense urban fabric. Reduced accessible public open spaces leaves the users of the vicinity with residual and negative spaces for social interaction. The intent of the project is to drive private players to integrate public functions for mutual benefits. The architectural intervention defines the commercial building type in a way that incorporates both social and commercial entities. The play within the building is of the porosity and the permeability for social interaction zones. The design focuses on pedestrian oriented development and creates a positive impact in and around the site
