The Art Centre is envisioned to spark up the curated ‘gallery’ culture in Ahmedabad and rekindle the love for art within citizens by introducing technological interventions which could possibly transcend the entire art-gallery viewing experience. The proposal aims to showcase art-forms like painting, dance, music, digital art, 3D-projections and other contemporary art & crafts, thus organically allowing the interactive mixing of different strata of people-on the basis of education, income, or social status- which is evidently missing on the entire riverfront promenade.
