Motibhai Dahyabhai sarvajanik Pustakalaya, Dharmaj

Motibhai dahyabhai sarvajanik pustakalaya is in the Dharmaj, Petlad, Anand. It was constructed in the 1898 and restored in 1904-06 during the library movement. During this period, libraries were constructed in various parts of Baroda state to educate the people of village which resulted in the increase literacy rate. The main location for all the libraries were open square of the village as most of the discussion and events will occur there. As it is more than 100 years old building, holds the heritage values. It also contains the Gujarati literature books which are not found apart from the Bhadran.
