The sports area inside a residential complex is itself an interaction area for small groups, it could be teenagers, adults or even inter generations. The main aim would be to provide/ design a solution which allows people inside a complex to sit and spectate the games or kids playing with proper spectating eye level. few add - on's which would be provided- proper warm up space and storage for people who would be playing in that area .The space would also be used as a group interaction space whenever there are no sports activities going on.
