SDG13 calls for strengthened resilience of countries to climate effects. This study has focused on floods to
understand the ways to reach the fulfillment of the SDG.
To that end, Goa state in India has been observed and visualized in different ways using tools such as image classification, strahler order and so forth to attain an
understanding of its present state of flood incidence(s).
