Seen Unseen waters

The study aims at investigating a system of continuity brought by seen and unseen (trapped) water in a fringe forest of the Western ghats, Purna wildlife sanctuary (South Indian moist deciduous & Southern dry deciduous forest). The objective of the study is to identify components that traps, retains and contains moisture that helps the forest thrive through the long dry season. The journey takes one through the trails of unseen water and asks to pause at points that acknowledge the trapped moisture in the depth of the ground and its indicators represented by constant and traversing layers of flora and the habitat it sustains.
