The project aims at discovering the abode of endemic species hiding within the cover of Southern tropical moist deciduous and western subtropical hill forest in the Trimbakeshwar mountain range. The study reveals the origin of seen and unseen water which further carves their path through weaker planes of complex landforms and creates a suitable environment for the existence of microhabitats. While taking a journey along a seasonal stream, one can recognize unperceived microhabitats and the interplay of several smaller ecosystems of endemic floristic species and faunal species.
