The project envisages affordable housing development along with commercial centers on a greenfield site, which is located beside the Dastan Circle in Nava Naroda, East Ahmedabad. The aim of this project is to explore the possible greenfield development opportunities and acquire maximum profits and benefits for both developers and buyers, which would result in the highest and best use of that land parcel.
