The private housing society of 724 units are to be redeveloped  including 38 shops plus another set of commercial and residential units are to be constructed on the tip of  Rabary colony metro station. financial and technical viability of the project is studied by considering some parameters like Underlying site context, market scenarios to apply the project phasing and to calculate project profit. Thus project brief is prepared which cater the redevelopment component and the newcomers in the free sale units.
