The Action plan is a inclusive of the various possible project outline, framework including the possible projects and the relevant solutions to Encourage Decentralised Wastewater Treatment led by Reuse possibilities. The background of the scenario for Gujarat is that Gujarat has 6.39% of country’s geographical area, where as it has got access of only 2.29% of water resources. Here with Sabaramati not being a perennial river Ahmedabad is a part of the water stressed areas. Treated Wastewater Reuse becomes an important strategy to in the scenario.
