The studio of 'Integrated Construction Practices' has through elaborate exercises showcased to us the best results that can be achieved through the use of BIM and Lean on project sites. This portfolio focuses on a few of those exercises like the Actual & Proposed Process Flow, Quality Checks, Clash Detection and Quantification, Site Layout Analysis, and comparison of the Traditional approach with the IPD Approach.
