This studio Integrated Construction Practices is mainly focusing on Integrated Project Delivery with Building Information Modelling and Lean tools which helps us in our project. And following this here we have done the work on the different deliverables like BIM Execution Planning, LPS, Site Layout Analysis, Design Modelling, 4D & 5D Simulation, Clash Detection, Quantity Take-offs, Lean BIM Matrix, and comparing Traditional approach vs IPD approach.
