High Rise Residential Project

The studio for Sem 03 focuses on using integrated techniques to simulate improved collaboration and successful project delivery using a variety of applications and platforms. The major objective was to comprehend the significance of incorporating BIM and lean into construction projects. To further understand the studio's outcomes, we studied at a high-rise residential project in Gandhinagar's GIFT City. To work on the project throughout the semester, the group was divided into different disciplines and roles and responsibilities were defined. To collaborate with all stakeholders, various tools such as BIM360, MIro boards, Google platforms, Visilean, and Plannerly were being used. This made it easier to access data, do various quality checks, and make quick decisions and modeling.
