This studio aims to understand Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) by exploring and applying several BIM functionalities and Lean Principles. The project selected for this studio is a residential project located in Ahmedabad. A BIM Execution Plan has been made to streamline the stakeholders. All the stakeholders collaborated through platforms like BIM360, VisiLean etc., for various planning and modelling activities. The site layout was understood and optimised with help of POT analysis in Revit. The model was integrated with schedule and resource information to perform 4D and 5D simulations with the help of Synchro Pro. Last planner system was implemented for design and site execution activities.
