The studio focuses on BIM implementation on a project integrating with lean practices. The project undertaken for this studio is a residential apartment township located in Ahmedabad. The group members played various roles like Architect, Structural Consultant, MEPF Consultant, Contractor, BIM Coordinator, and Lean Champion. Few of the studies that were carried out such as Project Details, BIM Execution Plan, Revit Modelling, Quantity Take-off, and Clash Detection are demonstrated briefly in this portfolio.
