Voids for the community

The site is surrounded by a dense residential urban fabric of Vietnam with few institutions enclosed with boundary walls and a canal on one side. The intention of the project was to create a larger open space for the community to utilize the space. The site is divided into two portions one for the neighborhood and the other for the learning space. The space has a stepped plaza near the canal, courtyards, multipurpose space, public library, and a larger community space for the people for the celebration of festivals.
