Lighting and Integrated Design Lab

The first part of the studio dealt with a quantitative and qualitative assessment of LIGHTING (Daylight and Electric lighting) in Space using various performance metrics that support human vision and comfort. The second part focused on integrating the concepts of passive strategies, HVAC optimization learned in the previous semester along with lighting to perform whole-building energy simulation and evaluate energy performance.
