CT3009: MEPF- SERVICES AND COORDINATION

Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Building Automation Services are among the services that are important and mandatory for a building's or facility's successful performance. Through this studio,  I was able to have an overarching vision of services to be included and their consequences in terms of form, function, aesthetics, and space by the conclusion of the semester, while beginning conceptual planning of a building. This studio also provided me with a hands-on experience on visualization of the 3D BIM process, templates for all services, quantity estimation and the conflicts resolution in routing of services during the design process.
