In Assignment 1 we explored  rigid and flexible materials and interchanged their characteristics by making rigid into flexible .  Assignment 2 started with site selection and analysis and addressing the problem. Site lies amidst main roads of SG highway where the food chains run parallel to the road. Non smoker people and families who visit the cafe  feel uncomfortable sharing the same space with smokers . They avoid using the space by taking order in their vehicles. A furniture is required on site visit which can provide both visual and olfactory barrier so that all customers can share same space.
