Delhi Mumbai Expressway - Project Procurement Management

The notion of project procurement management was explained in this studio. The learning process was aided by a series of exercises, talks, expert sessions, evaluations, and interviews, all of which were organised in a systematic manner to grasp the why and how of procurement. After Studying various projects, procurment route for proposed project Delhi Mumbai Expressway was developed. Faculty, jurors, and industry experts provided feedback that encompassed a thorough grasp of the subject and aided in the creation of a better output for the proposed project from the beginning of the procurement process to the commencement of the project.
