The proposed intervention is imagined as a place of respite in this extremely busy junction of Gheekanta. The station would function as a public garden, which would not only be a pleasant break from the continuous hustle bustle of the site but also fill the gap of a large, lush green space in the area. Manifesting the present diversity on site; it would act as a focal point or centre of attraction which draws all kinds people and becomes a part of their everyday life, through the amenities provided which would act as a portal to the garden. The intervention attempts to redefine the conventional notion of a heavy infrastructural metro station, fulfilling the development requirements along with addressing the mental and physical wellbeing's of the users.
