Navrangpura being a former neighborhood went through a lot of changes and the people living there too. The groups are diverse and densely populated. With population comes growth and development and that leads to modified infrastructure and negligence of available resources. I am looking at Different protocols of harvesting rainwater, to mitigate urban flooding and to recharge water. Through the storm water (coming from streets) I m proposing a public place which initiate dialogue between community and biodiversity- A social ecological insert to the precinct.
