Living Room Annex

The co-operative society that is conscious of the use of its resources and space. The common grounds which are utilized only occasionally can become a daily place where people can interact with each other and revitalize the space and reclaim the common. The accommodation for the students and outsiders brings exposure to the society. They can be inhabited in an integrated shared space which is also accessible by the residents along with it extending to the shared kitchen space. Hence, the intervention is to encourage neighbours to come out of their private islands and interact so as to take collective responsibility of the neighbourhood for its more conscious and efficient functioning.
