Retrofit An Ecosystem

In Pune, there are overcrowded plots of land with old and new construction and haphazard parking in the congested market places. Walking along the road one can see pedestrian paths overtaken by hawkers leaving no space to walk, indicative of a hedonistic approach of the public. Looking towards an abandoned commercial structure, the design would focus towards making these energy efficient and creating a place to instill respect towards the ecosystem.
