School as a micro city - a learning place for all ages

The Shahpur Lal school is imagined to be functioning beyond the conventional education model and acts as an active center for the neighborhood.The idea of the ‘SCHOOL as a MICRO CITY’ pushes this program to become the model which reaches out to the adults and children of the community to encourage the idea of learning across all age groups. After the school hours, the building functions as a public realm including an event court, a playground, a Rent out Library, a reading room, and a projector room.
