The studio starts with understanding one's own neighborhood from their roots through memories. In this case, the neighborhood is located amidst a densely populated and diverse neighborhood in Vijayawada with different types of people to different types of activities, the design tries to merge the boundaries in this neighborhood. It tries to connect the neighborhood to the other side of the city that is divided by the canal bringing people from both sides together. The design also intends to bring the formal/ professional and the informal/ recreational sports together in one place, trying to merge it through architecture. Though merging boundaries the design also creates boundaries through different materials and organizational aspects which play a silent role in determining spaces.
