Central Plaza and Monuments

In the heart of the existing capitol complex is the vast concrete plaza surrounded by monuments which include the open hand monument, Martyr's memorial, and Tower of Shadow. All these elements from a distance look unified but still fragmented at the center having no relationship with each other. The project further talks about the transformation of the central plaza and monuments in the new context of the proposed park and university.
