The secretariat building in the capitol complex of Chandigarh where the research and development of new laws and infrastructure of the state take place along with various other administrative work for the government. In order to hold the secretariat accountable, there is a requirement of a higher level of public engagement. Although the structure in the capitol complex is situated in the periphery of the capitol complex and is connected to the legislative assembly through a bridge, the secretariat is isolated from the public. This project aims to bridge this gap between the city - secretariat - capitol complex.
