The studio aims to understand the process of the preparation of the detailed feasibility Project for the GIDC estate at Naroda. the studio involves data collection with respect to cargo demand, transport supply characteristics, demand-supply gap, and available infrastructure in the case study city/region.The objectives in the portfolio is to defined the preparation of detailed market, traffic and infrastructure assessments. Aims to establish cargo demand, quantum and nature of possible future inward and outward cargo flows and to assess the financial and economic feasibility of the project. Also established the feasibility of MMLP.
