Industry Assessment & Warehousing

This study aims at assessing the feasibility of a Logistics/Multi-modal logistics park in the city. The methodology followed for the same includes existing situation analysis of the industrial scenario, carrying out primary surveys with respect to, industrial units, warehouses, truck drivers, transporters, and a 1-day TVC at GIDC Naroda to assess the commodity-wise inflow/outflow, storage units and its capacity, major origin-destination pairs, costs related to the supply chain, etc. The analysis will provide with the demand gap and requirement of facilities in the current and future scenario will the horizon year 2041.
