The studio brief is to develop the master plan as per the township policy.Growing housing demands in the cities is increasing the stress on the existing infrastructure, housing and public open spaces. Townships are greenfield project offer a better lifestyle at affordable cost than city. Hence, the vision is to propose a township that integrated nature and open spaces with everyday living.
