The idea for the township design began with a thought of achieving a life where people enjoy the intimacy of the physical and social environment. Inspired by the traditional towns and their lifestyles, the idea got strengthened with achievable characteristics like walkable neighborhood, pedestrian friendly streets, mixed use culture, etc. which would make the township vibrant and allow people to have opportunities for face-to-face interaction time. Thus, to encourage social interaction at each level, the proposal aimed at tapping the site opportunities and strategically infusing social spaces in the form of nodes, pedestrian-friendly streets, public squares and the green loop.

Changing dynamics of living patterns helped realize the importance of bringing back traditional living patterns.

Site offers various opportunities to take leads for design strategies.
Segregating the public and the private realm through access routes.
Integrating the private and public realm through diverse and vibrant 'Green Loop'.
Masterplan highlighting pockets for interaction opportunities.
Urban block module as a result of proposed urban design guidelines.
Green loop used as a spillover space for the hotels and high-end retail stores.
The central public square with multi-purpose plaza, penetrated by the Pedestrian street.
