Indian cities are getting increasingly overcrowded and falling short on space for further development. Decreasing green areas, increasing travel distance, pollution & lack of social infrastructure and social life are major challenges faced by the residents. Moreover, pandemic has taught us the importance of green & open public spaces where the only possibility of going out was to the nearest park. So how about we live along a park that has easy access to essentials and work, affordable, sustainable, has safe environment for children, provides better social life and healthier lifestyle.
Considering the depleting green and blue footprint in Ahmedabad, the major goal of township is to maximize green and blue infrastructure to maximum extent possible.
In a way that along with providing benefits of living along a urban park, it is also Sustainable and has Ecological Benefits in the form of BLUE GREEN CORRIDORS. The aim is to create An Urban Park nurturing human settlements through
Blue Green Corridors by looking at OPEN SPACES as
